How to Fix CARLUEX LINK Not Connecting Wirelessly to CarPlay or Android Auto

If you connect CARLUEX LINK to the car head unit and can enter the interface shown below, it means the connection between the device and the car is fine, but your phone is not connecting. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:


1. Connect your phone to the LINK WiFi

  • Open your phone’s WiFi settings

  • Find the LINK device in “Other Networks” or the available WiFi list

  • WiFi password: 88888888


2. Open the setup page

  • After your phone is connected to the LINK WiFi

  • Open your phone’s browser

  • Enter: 192.168.8.1


3. Restore or update the device

  1. First click Restore Factory Settings

  2. If this does not solve the issue → click Update

  3. After updating, try Restore Factory Settings again

What About iPhone (CarPlay)?

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on

  • Make sure Wireless CarPlay is not disabled:
    Settings → General → CarPlay → Forget This Car → Reconnect

  • If your iPhone has multiple stored car profiles, delete all of them and reconnect

  • Restart your iPhone and try connecting again


What About Android (Android Auto)?

  • Make sure your phone supports Wireless Android Auto

  • In Android Auto settings, delete old car records

  • Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both turned on

  • Restart your phone and try connecting again
