So I bought this device as my ford kuga 2022 did not have wireless apple car play or wireless android auto. I managed to set this device up nice and quickly, all I had to do is plug it in and it was there on the screen. Then I selected the wireless car play function and it asked to connect my phone which I expect for the first time set up and that was all fine, it worked quickly and is quick to update and sync from my mobile device.
Since then I have tried a couple of times and it seems every time I select the wireless car play feature it doesnt realise it is actually connected to my device already on bluetooth, my partners iphone clearly says it is connect to CARLUEX. So I have to select the device again dash and the device itself not needing to enter a pairing code again. The whole point of this device was so that I and my partner can hop in and out of the car and it automatically connect straight through to the wireless car play feature.
