EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Once an order has been processed, changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible. As our dispatch team processes orders quickly, please carefully check your billing and shipping information before placing your order.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery time and have not been contacted by one of our shipping couriers regarding your delivery, please contact us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during holidays. For the most up-to-date information on holiday shipping schedules, please visit the specific product page.
If your package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to us, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your tracking information will show "Returned to Sender". This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (such as apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by customers. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). We will not re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to purchase undeliverable items, please place a new order on our website. If you suspect that your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund four weeks after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
TAXES & DUTIES
Your order may be subject to customs or import duties, which will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally, the recipient of the parcel is responsible for paying these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot determine how much they will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Customs duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The percentage of duty charged depends on the country to which the package is being sent, but on average, it is between 3% and 9%. We have no control over these charges and cannot include them in the item's cost or postage costs. We generally try to reduce the declared value of the package to minimize taxes and fees, but you may still need to pay a small amount of customs fees.
