What is the status of my order?

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting I Forgot My Password where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

How fast is the shipping?
We prioritize fast shipping and aim to dispatch your orders promptly. Orders are processed in 1-2 business day and oaded onto airolanes fordelivery. You can expect your order to reach you within 3-7 business days.

How can I track my shipping status?
After your product has been shipped, we will promptly notify you via email with the tracking number. To track the status of your package, simply visit our Order Tracking Page and enter the tracking number.
If I want to change my address/information in my order, what do I do?
If you wish to modify your order, you have the flexibility to do so within the initial 6 hours, provided the order hasn't been dispatched yet. It's important to note that the majority of orders placed during business hours are usually processed and prepared within a span of 1 hour.

What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes, all CARLUEX products have 1-year warranty. If the device stops functioning please get in contact with here immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please use our contact page for any warranty requests.

1. If your just want to transition from wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a more convenient wireless experience, and you want to enjoy features like Netflix, YouTube, casting, and local playback in your vehicle, then the CARLUEX GO is the perfect choice for you.
*Wireless means you won't need to physically connect your phone to your car via a USB cable, although our product still requires a USB cable connection to your car.
2. If you desire a more extensive selection of applications on your car's screen, in addition to GO's features, for enhanced and convenient use, then CARLUEX PRO is the ideal choice for you.
3. If you're seeking even faster response speed and superior performance, in addition to the features of CARLUEX PRO, we highly recommend CARLUEX PRO+.
4. If you own a BMW vehicle and want to enjoy apps like YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, or popular ones like Chrome and TikTok in your car, then our CARLUEX for BMW version is tailored for you. It comes with a custom UI designed exclusively for BMW users, allowing you to download apps from the Google Play Store, similar to what CARLUEX PRO offers.
*Please note that, due to its specialized nature, CARLUEX for BMW model lacks three features compared to CARLUEX PRO/PRO+: WiFi (meaning you can only access the internet via a 2/3/4G SIM card), phone mirroring, and quick switching to Apple CarPlay.
What frequency bands does the SIM card slot support?
- GSM: 850, 900, 1800
- WCDMA: B1, B5, B8
- LTE-FDD: B1, B3, B5, B7, B8, B20, B28 (B28A, 28B)
- LTE-TDD: B38, B39, B40, B41
(Note: Since B2 and GSM 1900 are in the same frequency band, if B2 is not supported, GSM 1900 is also not supported.)
How long does it take to setup?
The first time you plug in the box it takes about 15 seconds to recognize the device. Each time after that, it loads up in seconds!
How do I connect it to my car?
Normally, simply plug our CARLUEX BOX into your car, and it will initiate the connection automatically. However, if you encounter any connectivity issues, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your phone and in-car system are disconnected from Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth.
2. Plug the CARLUEX BOX into your vehicle's USB port.
3. Navigate to your vehicle's Apple CarPlay section (depending on your vehicle, it may be located within one of the areas on your Streaming Apps board), add a new device, and select the device that starts with CARLUEX-XXXX.
4. When prompted, select "Pair" on the vehicle screen.
5. Wait for the product to establish an automatic connection.
How to use Apple CarPlay / Android Auto with the CARLUEX Box connected?
1. For CARLUEX GO and CARLUEX PRO, just tap the Apple CarPlay / Android Auto icon on the interface.
1.1 For CARLUEX PRO+, locate the "ZLINK5" icon within the app.
2. Activate your phone and navigate to the location where you typically set up Apple CarPlay/Android Auto (usually in Settings). Locate the device named "CARLUEX-XXXX".
3. In the pop-up window, click "Connect" and then "Pair".
How to watch Netflix, YouTube, or my local playback?
All CARLUEX products are built-in with Netflix and YouTube app, simply log into your account and start streaming your favorite shows.
To enjoy local playback, insert your SD card (up to 128GB) into the device and access your files via the VLC app.
*Please note that SD card playback is supported on CARLUEX PRO/PRO+/BMW versions. For CARLUEX GO, you will need to use a USB drive.
Do I need to re-pair the adapter every time I use it?
No, there's no need to re-pair the adapter every time. Once it's correctly set up, your phone will automatically connect to the adapter when you start your vehicle.
Can I connect multiple phones to the adapter?
Yes, it's possible to connect multiple phones to the adapter. The adapter will automatically connect to the last paired phone if it's in the vehicle. If the last paired phone isn't available, you can manually connect to another phone.
Can I mirror my phone using this box?
CARLUEX GO/PRO/PRO+ all support mirroring of iOS and Android phones to your car screen.
However, the CARLUEX PRO/PRO+ model takes it one step further by allowing you to add more the apps on the screen through Google Play Store, providing easy access to the ones you use the most. This means you can tailor your in-car entertainment experience to your personal preferences and optimize your driving experience.
Is it necessary to purchase a CARLUEX Remote for my CARLUEX Box?
No, it's not mandatory, but it can significantly enhance your navigation experience with the box. If your vehicle don't comes with a touchscreen interface, we highly recommend considering the purchase of a CARLUEX Remote for smoother navigation.
