Shipping Policy

1. Standard Shipping Rates
- Orders under $29: $9 Standard Shipping
- Orders of $29 or more: Free Standard Shipping
This standard-shipping threshold applies across the CARLUEX store. Expedited shipping, customs duties, taxes, and destination restrictions are not included in this free standard-shipping offer.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
United States: Orders are generally shipped from local warehouses in Los Angeles or Atlanta. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Other countries and regions, including Europe and Asia: Estimated standard delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after processing and may vary by destination, inventory location, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.
3. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for selected destinations at an additional charge shown at checkout. Taxes and duties are not included unless expressly stated.
4. Shipping Warehouses and Methods
Orders may ship from our United States, Hong Kong, or Italy warehouses depending on inventory and the optimal logistics route. Shipping origin is not determined solely by the customer’s country or region.
For standard shipping, we prioritize the fastest available duty-free channel when one is available for the destination.
5. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Public holidays, pre-order items, or temporary inventory constraints may cause additional delays.
6. Customs, Taxes, and Delays
Customs clearance may extend delivery by 1–5 business days, depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for duties or taxes when they are not included in the selected shipping service.
