Enter your tracking number. You should have received this tracking number in an email sent to you the day after your package was shipped.
If you can’t find that email, you can also enter your order number and email address to search for your order.
Using the provided tracking number or order details, you can easily monitor the status and location of your package and stay informed about its progress.
Please note:
Orders shipped within the United States are sent from our local warehouse. Orders to all other countries are not shipped from the destination country. Since these are international shipments, the typical delivery time is 8 to 15 days.
During the first week of transit, your package is usually handled by our logistics carrier at the origin. After that, it will be transferred to the local carrier in the destination country. For this reason, tracking information usually does not update during the first week after the package is shipped.
Tracking updates normally begin in the second week once the package reaches the local carrier.
If you cannot see any tracking updates and would like to know the latest status, feel free to contact us at hi@carluex.store and we will help you check it.
