What to Do If the SIM Card Does Not Provide Network Access on CARLUEX PRO+2.0

If your CARLUEX PRO+2.0 cannot access the internet via SIM card, follow the steps below:

First, ensure your SIM card is properly inserted into the CARLUEX PRO+2.0 slot:

The chip side should be facing up

You should feel a slight click when it’s securely in place

 

Step 1: Check the SIM Card Status

  1. Make sure your SIM card is activated and supports mobile data
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap More Settings > Network & Internet
  4. Under SIMs, check if your carrier name appears

If the carrier name is visible, the SIM card is detected. However, the device may require manual APN (Access Point Name) configuration to access the internet.

 

Step 2: Set the APN Manually

Follow these steps to configure the APN:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap More Settings
  3. Select Network & Internet
  4. Tap SIMs
  5. Select your SIM card and tap Access Point Names (APN)
  6. Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner and choose Add new APN
  7. Enter the APN details provided by your SIM card provider (such as Name, APN, Username, Password, etc.)
