We’re excited to announce the latest software update for Carluex Air, focused on improving system stability and user experience.

🆕 Update Highlights:

• Fixed occasional black screen or freezing issues on the interface.
• Resolved abnormal aspect ratio issue on the startup screen.

🔧 How to Update

Step-by-step guide to install the update:

1. Download the upgrade file and save it to a USB flash drive (No need to unzip the file.)
2. Insert the USB flash drive into the Carluex Air USB port.
3. Power on Carluex Air using the Type-C port. Normally, using a phone charger and Type-C cable is fine. If there's no response, make sure the charger is 5V/2A and the cable supports data transfer.
4. Red and blue lights will turn on, and the blue light will start blinking.
5. Wait 2–4 minutes until the red light begins blinking — this means the update is in progress.
6. After 2–3 minutes, the red light will stop blinking — this indicates the update is complete.
7. The device will automatically reboot.
8. Red and blue lights will turn on again, with the blue light blinking — this means the device is running normally.
9. Connect Carluex Air to your car system, then go to:
   Settings → Carluex Settings → Carluex Version. Confirm the version shows 2025-04-29.
10. To ensure peak performance, reset the device:
    Settings → System → Reset Options → Erase All Data (Factory Reset) . Wait 1–2 minutes for the reset to complete.
11. If after reset the red light stays solid and the blue light blinks, but the car system doesn’t enter Carluex, reconnect the device.
