1. Online Update
Upgrading to the Next Version:
• Ensure that your CARLUEX AIR is connected to the internet.
• Locate and open the “Updater” app on your CARLUEX AIR system.
• Check for the latest available version and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade.
2. Manual Update Using USB Drive
Cross-Version Upgrade:
1. Prepare the Software:
• Download the software update file for your CARLUEX AIR. You can find it on our latest software updates page:

• Copy the file to the root directory of a USB flash drive (do not unzip the file).
2. Connect the Device:
• Power the Carluex Air using the Type-C port.
– You may use a phone charging adapter with the original Type-C cable.
– If the device does not respond, ensure the charger provides 5V / 2A.
3. Monitor the LED Indicator:
• After powering on, the red and blue LEDs will light up, and the blue LED will start flashing — indicating the device has booted.
• Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the Carluex Air.
• Wait 2–4 minutes until the red LED begins flashing — indicating the update has started.
• Wait an additional 2–3 minutes until the red LED stops flashing — indicating the update is complete.
• The device will restart automatically.
• After restarting, the red and blue LEDs will light up again, and the blue LED will flash — indicating normal operation.
Total update time: approximately 10–15 minutes.
3. Verify the Update
• Connect the Carluex Air to your car system.
• Go to Settings → Carluex Settings → Carluex Version.
• Confirm that the displayed version matches the software you installed.
4. Recommended: Factory Reset for Best Performance
• Go to Settings → System → Reset Options → Erase All Data (Factory Reset).
• The reset process takes about 1–2 minutes.
5. Troubleshooting
• If, after the reset, the red LED stays on and the blue LED flashes, but the car system cannot enter the Carluex interface:
– Unplug the device and reconnect it again.
