1. When CARLUEX PRO+ 2.0 Connects to the Car but Cannot Enter the CARLUEX System
This issue may be caused by compatibility problems.
Log retrieval steps:

Connect the CARLUEX PRO+ 2.0 to your car.

Wait until the device indicator light changes from red to blue.
-
Insert the TF card into the device.
-
Wait approximately one minute.
-
Disconnect and reconnect the CARLUEX PRO+ 2.0.
Please repeat the above process 2–3 times.
Afterward, open the TF card and send us the file named bebug1288, bebug1688, or any file starting with “debug”.
These logs will help our technical team identify the issue.
2. For Users Who Can Connect to the Car but Encounter Other Issues and Need to Upload Logs
Before retrieving logs, please ensure that your device is updated to the latest version.
Confirm the latest version with our customer service team.
You can check your current version by going to:
Settings → scroll down → CARLUEX Version
Log upload steps:

Connect the device to the internet.

Rapidly tap “CARLUEX Version” multiple times until you see:
“You are now a developer” -
Tap Upload log.
-
The screen will show:
“Starting to generate logs, please wait”
Please wait until the message changes to:
“Upload successful”
After the upload is completed, please send us the following:

The date, time, and your time zone (country) of the log upload
-
If possible, a 1–3 minute video showing the issue

A photo of your device’s IMEI number, located below “CARLUEX Version”
Important Notice
Please send or upload logs only after communicating with our customer service team and completing all standard troubleshooting steps.
Any logs sent or uploaded without prior confirmation from customer service will be considered invalid.
